Very central location and 10 minutes' walk to the metro. Stylish & spotless room, it's own balcony, a storage space, and cell in there.

The location is fantastic with gift stores and a supermarket close by, and it was great having dinner and drinks at Nicolas nearby.

Fancy, reasonably spacious hotel with amazingly nice staff and warm breakfasts. Neat and nice styled room and large bathroom with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and terry cloth bathrobes. Magnificent view from the window over street. Great services, free Wi-Fi. Great and fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk to Louvre Museum🙂👍

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a real good experience. The staff were helpful and patient and an absolute pleasure. The breakfast was freshly cooked and good hot with a chef too and pastries teas juices fruits, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was excellent. The location was magnificent there, right next to all the major galleries.

By far the best thing is the location, the most central thing you can ask for. If you are interested only this point is incredible, we were 1 week and we were practically not in the hotel so we used it at night only. The staff is friendly and cheerful and willing. The room was clean and so was the hotel.
It needs an urgent renovation, photos are not a complete reflection of what the pieces are, door of room 408 is in a bad state, we asked for change and they didn't change us, then the air didn't work and they didn't offer a fan either, safe didn't work, hotel in general had clear signs of the wear and tear of time, one waits more for the money that one is paying which is not less. Apart from that it is a good option to stay. They didn't answer any mail before our arrival and despite warning them about our honeymoon they didn't pay any attention. Unlike all the other hotels we did not stay in.

Location was central
6th floor in desperate need to redecoration and refurbishment. No wifi access in 614. Fortunately I was out for dinner and only staying one night otherwise this would have had to be addressed. Expensive for what you get - even for Paris standards.

The room was spacious and modern, with convenient amenities like storage and a mobile device. The hotel's location near a Metro station was fantastic.- There was a nearby bistro where you could enjoy a meal for under 16 EUR per person, including a soft drink and coffee or tea.- A nice perk was the proximity of Eric Kayser, which offered great tea and coffee options.

the only positive aspect is hotel location
definitly not 4* hotel, it is maximum 2*. However, location is great, hence we spend beautiful time...

The location was the only positive aspect.
Service was extremely poor. The staff were particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. I have stayed in the Brighton and Westin previously, and for a similarly priced hotel Brighton have set the standard and the Normandy hotel is nowhere near that. Additionally, the furnishings are outdated for the expected standard.

I loved the unique charm of the place and the friendly staff at the front desk, not to mention the amazing breakfast with delicious cappuccino and pastries.
